This refund policy applies to registrations and any other payments made through [https://tysoewindmill10k.com](https://tysoewindmill10k.com) for the Tysoe Windmill 10K charity fun run (the “Event”).
1. Event registrations
1.1 All Event registrations are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
1.2 This is because the Event is a charity fundraiser and many costs (such as insurance, equipment, and administration) are committed in advance.
2. Transfers and deferrals
2.1 If you are unable to attend, we may allow you to transfer your place to another participant, subject to our approval and any deadlines we set.
2.2 We are not obliged to offer deferrals or transfers, but we will try to be flexible where possible.
3. Event cancellation or changes
3.1 If the Event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to extreme weather, safety concerns, or public health restrictions), we will aim to offer one of the following where possible:
* A deferral to a future event, or
* A partial refund, or
* The option to donate your entry fee to the supported charity
3.2 We reserve the right to decide which of these options is appropriate based on the circumstances.
